Kenya KII AA – Specialty Instant

Craft roasted coffee in Instant format! Our Specialty Instant Coffee is made for any kind of adventure, ready to brew anywhere, anytime. Brew by adding a packet of Gringo Special Craft Instant Coffee to your mug along with 2 dl of hot or cold liquid (water, milk or milk alternative), stir and enjoy. 

Each package gives 4 cups of coffee (3 grams of instant per portion pack).

This Specialty Instant is based on coffee from the small region of Kirinyaga where KII is located, which is mainly a tea growing area, so most of the coffee plantations are quite new. The region is known for its very high quality of both tea and coffee. Much of the area was planted with coffee shortly before the emergence of hybrid varieties in Kenya, meaning that 99% of farmers supplying KII grow SL28 and SL34 varieties (a guarantee of a classic Kenya profile). KII is run by the Rungeto Farmer's Cooperative Society and around 1,200 small producers deliver their coffee berries here after harvest.
