A powerful, balanced and fruity coffee with a dark roasted character. The majority of the beans in Radical Brew have a full-bodied character and usually come from Indonesia and Brazil. We have also mixed in cherry-dried beans, mainly from Ethiopia, which contributes to the fruity notes.

THE ROASTING PROFILE ON THE RADICAL
To bring out the bold and rich character of Radical, we have given the beans a few extra spins in our roaster. When the coffee is dark roasted, the acidity in the coffee is reduced and instead the powerful and bittersweet flavors of the beans are developed.
