The Minussi family are old friends of ours and if you like rich chocolate coffee with nuts in the character, then they will soon be your friends too! Celso Minussi and family are pioneers in Brazilian specialty coffee; they were extremely early in producing microlots and drying them on raised drying beds.
The variety Arara is a tree that produces very good coffee in this region, not least when the coffee here is allowed to dry slowly and controlled. In the coffee we find a classic Brazilian chocolate character with a taste of roasted nuts and with a clear fullness in the aftertaste.
