Free shipping over 350kr with PostNord in Sweden. For Swedish customers, our coffee is delivered directly to your mailbox when ordering up to five bags, or 1.25kg of coffee. Otherwise, delivery is made to any agent or parcel box.
For home delivery of packages larger than 1.25 kg, a cost of SEK 150 will be added. Delivery is then made with Postnord Mypack Home
Free shipping in Finland & Denmark on orders over 800kr. Otherwise shipping depends on the chosen delivery option.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Note: Order up to 1,75kg coffee/tea. It is not possible to ship more than this currently for international customers
We offer traceable shipping to most countries.
We charge a shipping cost for international shipping which is dependent on country. Order up to 7 bags of coffee or 1.75kg
When PostNord has sent your coffee out of Sweden, they hand it over to the destination country's national postal service. If you have special delivery instructions or requests, please leave a note before check-out
Gringo Nordic will normally process your order within 24 hours (weekdays) from the order until the product leaves our warehouse, provided that the ordered product is in stock. If the order includes products that are out of stock, you as a customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to have the order partially delivered.
HANDLING:
When your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to Postnord, which delivers your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method. Gringo Nordic cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock when ordered or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method.
*We reserve the right that delivery times may vary. If your delivery address is in an remote area, the delivery time may be extended.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES:
Advised shipments must be collected within 7 days from the selected agent. Uncollected shipments will be returned to Gringo Nordic. If you wish to have the item sent to you again, shipping costs will be added. If you want to cancel your order, we charge a fee of SEK 100 for shipping + return shipping and administration costs and return the remaining amount in the same way as you paid.
